Message	There are alot of cosmetic differences and the adjustment mechanism is different. I don't know if this is considered a "small" change, that is a gray area afaik that would have to be proved in court. If company x manufactures the arms for TBO, and TBO goes out of business, isn't company x entitled to sell the same arms to other companies?
